All I know about the flowering plant in this pot is that A)it was an apparently invasive sprig that comes up around the base of a B)weeping type tree that is covered with the same white flowers early every Spring.
I have never seen the tree. A friend from work pulled up the Summer sprigs from around the tree and potted them for me.
Any idea?

Also, I have a plant that looks much like a spider plant, only the "spiders" that hang from it grow in a fan shape. Every Summer, it flowers with a lovely orchid-type flower. This plant was also a gift, so I’ve never found out what it is.
I divided it up in several hanging baskets over the years, but unfortunately, only have a few small pieces left after the severe winter here in Florida which kept us in single digits up to low twenties for three straight weeks.

Picture behind the cut. Thanks to any of you who can identify these plants.
