IDs please and thank you

I have one plant that I think I know what it is… only because I planted a few different seeds and am guessing that this is it. Snapdragon?? Or something else?

And this plant below was growing in the garden before I planted the seeds and plants. Any idea what it is? I thought I got rid of it all, but apparently it wants to grow… so if it is a nice plant I will leave it. Any ideas?
