IKEA mattresses

IKEA mattresses

i *know* some of you must have gotten your mattresses at ikea. right?!

anyway. i’ve always been hesitant to buy a cheap mattress, but last time i was at ikea, i tried out some of their inexpensive foam mattresses, and was surprised at how comfortable i found them. so now i’m actually thinking of buying one, because i do need a new mattress. i’m choosing between the sultan fidjetun and the sultan favang.

do any of you guys own the fidjetun or the favang? how do you like it? is it still comfortable after months of sleeping on it? and if you have any other ikea mattresses to recommend/not recommend, that info would be very much appreciated as well!

Got the fidjetun for my daughter a couple of years ago. Here and there I have slept with her (sick babies, ugh) It took a few times to realize that when I slept in her bed i woke up with NO backache. My sister visited for a week and after two days of being home posted on my facebook wall “God, I miss Livie’s bed”. She went home to retrive her own back ache. My daughter is only 7 so my concern is how it will hold up over time with significant weight on it. My husband decided for $500 we would find out. Going tomorrow to get a kind sized one. Though we will be going with the one that is a little bit thicker.

I LOVE my fidjetun, tested every bed in every bedshop and it was the best, no back pain, best nights sleep and a GREAT price. It is so damn comfy. Bought one for my girlfriend as well it was so good
