To all the poor people struggling with credit card debt:
Here is the deal. I have $4000 worth of credit card debt from Bank of America (a.k.a Bank of Assholes). Anyhoot, they tried to up my APR from 12% to 19% earlier this year and I declined their increase and agreed not to use the card anymore. Fine. So now I have this debt to pay off.
I have heard of people negotiating a lower amount to pay off and want to know if this is possible? What do you say? How do you go about doing it? Success stories? Give it to me people!
