
Jalapeno color question
This may be a stupid question but I have to ask. If you leave a jalapeno on the plant and it goes from green (the color it's supposed to be) to red, is it still ok to eat and if it is, is there a difference in taste? I only ask b/c I have a jalapeno plant and I didn't use the jalapenos that came ripe and when I looked at them today a few of them were bright red. So, safe or not safe?
