How tall shall I expect the jerusalem artichokes to get ??? I did read they usually are 1.5 – 3 meters high… but this one is going higher and higher each day, and only recently started to produce stems. It isn’t in a very deep soil… Maybe 2 meters deep. Max. I really hope the flowers, if ever, will be as positively surprising as the main plant has been this year – compared to the last year’s poorness.
