I accidentally bought this cultured cottage cheese, which by itself is waaaay too tangy/tart for my taste. I like cottage cheese and I like yogurt, but the flavor combo is just no good for me. What can I do with it? Would baking soda neutralize the acid, or just make it taste fizzy? Anyone know of any recipes that might work with it? There are a couple on the product’s web site but they do not sound that appealing to me and they call for things I don’t have right now. I’m worried about using it in baking the same way I would use regular cottage cheese or regular yogurt, since I assume it’s chemically a little different. Any experience at all cooking with a product like this would be appreciated.
