My poor poor potted lavender became over watered. The heads were a bit droopy and someone in the office thought it should sit in water over the weekend so it would be nice and healthy come monday. Well low and behold the poor thing is half dead, the mature leaves are turning hard and the new shoots are saging. I cut all the blooms and repotted in dry soild to help alleviate the saturated soil but nothing is working. Any help and or advice? I am thinking of taking it home to put in my maximum sun exposure window. And in unrelated news, DO NOT use bug sprays of any type on mint. My indoor mint became infested and I used a spray to kill them before it took over my indoor garden, by this time it had spread to 8 of my mini roses, it killed the mint unfortunatly, and I am going to have to put out the mini roses to hopefully bring them back in the spring. I was able to save three mini roses from infestation hopefully they keep thriving over the winter.
