Just recently joined. Love it here. Glad I found it in the spotlight!
I’ve been in this apartment for about 14 months now. It’s a 2/2 with a nice screened patio. What I’m posting though is everything I’ve decorated..
I love to decorate but I’m a pretty cheap person. Most of my stuff is hand me downs or dumpster diving or clearance items from places like Beall’s Outlet, Big Lots, Sears Essentials, Goodwill, etc. I just try and make everything work…not sure how well it’s turned out for me, lol.

Dining room table decorations..the bamboo place mats I got from the $1 store, the flower china bowls I just thrifted for.40 a piece and the shells are compliments of the beach!
The bookshelf in the dining room..I rearranged the books by color & then height..think it turned out nicely..not very practical, but cute, lol
Living room! Sooo comfy..someone threw away that rug..there was nothing wrong with it! It didn’t smell, no rips, nothing! Got the round mirror for $40 at Goodwill..the boat painting was.25 at a thrift store..
The barstools to the left I also got when I was passing by the community dumpster one day..bought some cushions that matched the rug and I love them!

The sconce candle holder things in the hallway..a couple of bucks at Dollar General..I have to be careful when they’re lit though, they sometimes set off the smoke detector! lol
I based my bathroom colors off of this rug that was given to me..

I just got the candle holder to the right of the picture at a thrift store about 2 weeks ago..to the left of the picture is another little candle holder thing I got from a thrift store..I throw all of my jewelry in it though
This picture is distorted..my counter is realllly long
I hated having the cat box exposed..so I threw a towel over it and put a candle on top..
