Makeup

Looking good for job interviews is important, and some people, like me have pretty bad skin. My skin is oily, blotchy, and includes acne. However, applying for retail is difficult, because so many clothing and retail stores don't seem to hire those with less than stellar looks, and I don't have enough experience to cancel that out. And while Cetaphil and On The Spot acne treatment do what they can, makeup can usually go the extra mile. I've got my favorites for drugstore mascara (L'Oreal Great Lash), eyeliner (CG Perfect Point Plus), and brushes (Sonia Kashuk), but I'd like input from others. What are your favorites in inexpensive shadow, concealer, foundations, etc? MAC is a great brand, but the prices put it far out of my reach.
