mayapple, maybe??

Podophyllum peltatum, hogapple, Indian apple, mayflower, umbrella plant, wild lemon, wild mandrake, American mandrake or “devil’s apple”…???

This is growing at my beeyard (zone 5/6). The woman who lives there says it has little white/green flowers in the late spring. She hasn’t seen any fruit on the plant

it doesn’t really look like any mayapples I’ve seen… but then it does, a little.

it’s got serrated leaves

any ideas?
