Mould

Mould

Even with the de-humidifier running non-stop, my house is very humid.
When I try to grow plants in the house, the soil starts to mould.
I checked on the climbing plant from my last post, and on the top was a light white mould layer.
Would this be harmful? I scraped it off.
Is there a way to stop this? O
Or I am fubared??

Speaking of growing inside, yesterday my boyfriend and I picked up some seeds from Wal-Mart and one of those Jiffy Greehouse kits.
I am excited, and worried at the same time.
What if they dont grow? What if they mould?
The green house kits are in the kitchen, on top of the cupboard and the fridge.
If they come up al right, I will have spearmint, dill, cucumbers, peas, watermellon, onion, and oh so much more.
I wonder if the location has anything to do with it.

I would just like to find out if it’s me with the black thumb, or the house.

I dont even think I’m taking care of my aloe properly. One arm of it already rotted.
:(
