Okay, here’s the deal. I’ve been wanting a garden for a few years now but have never been in the position to have one. At the beginning of June we’ll be moving to the Emerald Coast area of Florida (which according to my Googling looks to be in zone 8b) and I’m wondering if any of you lovely people know whether it will be too late for starting a little veggie garden? We’ll be house-hunting when we get there so we probably won’t be *in* a house until mid-June at the earliest. So, with that info, will we have any luck at starting one or am I stuck just prepping the ground this year and waiting to plant until next year?
