Its a Japanese Maple. But I dunno what kind…Will she be short and fat or tall? thick canopy?

She’s suffering a bit of the ‘ol “transplant shock”. A little water and a long winter’s rest will do her just fine come Springtime. Should I prune back any of the branches now?
