While I no longer live here having moved to New Zealand in the past year, these are photos of my very favourite room in London where I lived for 2 years while I travelled and generally had a lot of fun.
Mostly furnished from Ikea and with little personal touches from my travels here & there; I probably felt more at home, secure and comforted by living here than anywhere else I’ve lived. I loved my stolen posters from Germany, my postcards from Europe, the nook that my bed fit perfectly into and my little window sil where Nigel my ‘plant friend’ sat. When I left I packed everything into boxes and shipped it home to Australia where it now sits in storage waiting for me to go home and pick it up.
I miss this little space very, very sorely…
