My son wishes for real spring too.

My son wishes for real spring too.

It’s been cold. Colder than normal. And usually by this time, there are tons of early spring flowers all around. But this year, the crocuses were beaten down by two hailstorms and my tulips and daffodils are only now just beginning to form flower heads.

My son, home for spring break, decided I would like a little spring in the house. When I got home from work today this was waiting for me close to the door:

My son wishes for real spring too.

And this on the dining room table:

My son wishes for real spring too.
