A friend of mine up in NJ bought a rental property and it had these bushes on it…I’ve not a clue as to what it is (not familiar with what grows up there in the NE), but I told him that I’d ask the knowledgeable folks in the gardening forum about it…
He said that the flowers didn’t have any discernable scent, if that helps…
