Need Help picking ground cover

Need Help picking ground cover

Help!! Ok, here is my situation. My father decided to cut a widing wide path through the entire front yard that he wants to put a low growing, crawling ground cover. When we went shopping online for something everything grows too tall and none of it is mixed shade/sun. Does anyone have any suggestions: Here are the specs: - Zone 5 - New Hampshire - perennial - No taller than 5 inches - spreads easy, crawls - flowers - if it is a mix of various things, perfect. we were hoping for a short flower/carpet mix - can grow well in both sun and shade - and we need this as seed, large bags of it so we can easily spread it through the area Thanks so much in advance. I figured the experts would know better than I would ;)
