New to the Community
Hello I'm new to the community here *waves* I have always wanted to be involved in a lot of gardening but never got around to it. Now I've come to the point where it's something of a necessity to keep my sanity lol. I live in Tucson AZ and there is not enough color in my yard way too much brown so I planted some ground cover seeds such as Forget-Me-Nots and white and purple Alyssum. I have just planted those 2 days ago which I hope isn't too late in the year since summers here are unbearable for some plants. I had also planted some Black-eyed Susans 4 days ago and hope they grow as well. Now I want to plant some True Lavender with some more Black-eyed Susans and where I dug up the ground is right under the roof against the house. A lot of houses including mine don't have gutters so when the monsoon season comes in July/August the water pours down the roof and collects sort of outlining the house in puddles. My question is will that be too much water for where I want to plant these seeds?
