Non bug-resistant roses?

Non bug-resistant roses?

My brother and I are throwing around the idea of starting a winery, and one of the little touches I've enjoyed about some of the wineries I've seen is that they have a rosebush at the end of each row. They're used in a sort of canary-in-a-coal-mine scenario, as the bugs that eat grape leaves tend to like roses better, and thus when you see the roses are getting eaten, you get out your pesticides, and you leave the pesticides at home when the roses are okay, thus allowing you to use much fewer pesticides than when you have a regimen of spraying. So my question to you is an odd one: Can you name any pretty, zone 5 roses that have little or no bug resistance?
