oh i love my grandma
If this is common knowledge, I'm sorry! I'm still young and allowed to not know everything. I was upset a couple of days ago because I made a big batch of spaghetti and then forgot to cover and store the leftovers right away, so it had that dry crunchy-on-the-top icky thing going on. You know how it gets, and it doesn't take long. Since spaghetti is my favorite, I was BUMMED and I wanted to save it if I could! I asked my grandma if there was anything to do to salvage it. The lady is a genious. She told me to just put a whole lot of sauce on it, stir the whole mess up, sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, and bake it. And it is delish! I used a $1.20 can of sauce, a 70 cent can of diced tomatoes, and a little less than half a bag of cheese, baked at 350 for about 20 minutes, and it came out great. Salvaged the gross spaghetti, tasted awesome, impressed my parents, and all for only a little more than I could probably find in our couch cushions. Just a friendly little tip for anyone who's a ditz like me and forgets about the spaghetti sometimes.
