Oh, the frustration!

Oh, the frustration!

I still haven't heard about the plants at the old house. The lady called and said I could and then finished if off with, "you still live there, right?" Ugh. So she was supposed to call me back today because I am off work early tonight, but she still hasn't called and probably won't until tomorrow. This morning before I left for work, I did my daily morning check of the flowers. I saw that some of my mini daffodils looked like they wanted to bloom. I was sure that when I got home this afternoon I'd have at least one flower. And I did. I was so excited I ran inside to grab the camera. I parked my butt in the grass to get a picture and next thing I know I hear my across the street neighbor yelling at her dog. And then the damn dog trampled my poor little baby daffodils. And since my neighbor is about as dense as the bricks that line my garden, she didn't even appologize or really notice that her dog was dancing in my garden. Here's the mini daf... And here's one of my purple crocus (the only purple one that decided to grace us with its presence)... Have a good night!
