Okay! Kinda gross, I am.
So I know this has been posted about a bit before, but I'm in the UK! So different but similar help would be greatly appreciated. I have okay teeth - not omg terrible bad, but bad enough that most if not all of my molars have at least one filling in. My teeth grew with cracks and damaged enamel too... I floss every so often when I think about it - I'm suffering from severe depression, my entire self-upkeep is suffering, which I hate - and I rarely brush to be honest; I do, but hardly at all. Maybe once every couple of months. (I do get all the plaque off my teeth though, I hate the way it feels furry >.>) I'd like to get int trying more, but I don't know where to start really. I don't have gum disease yet as far as I know. I'd like an electric toothbrush, but they all seem so expensive ;_; And what from your experiences would be the best mouthwash? I used to use the medicated mouthwash you can get prescribed for gum problems, but it made my tongue burn and it really, really was intolerable. I'm on Income Support (as I can't work, I'm too mentally unstable) and so I don't have a huge budget, but any help would be greatly appreciated! EDIT: Thankyou so much everyone... I appreciate the support you've shown me :) I'm going to get some Dentyl and look around for a cheap electric or battery powered toothbrush when I next get paid, 22nd. Thankyou :)
