I wanted to give you guys a pictorial update on how “the babies” were doing. This isn’t all of them, but gives a fair representation of their growth and…umm..thrivingness?
From left to right:
Cherokee Purple Tomato, New Zealand Summer Spinach, and the big kid on the end is Sweet Potato Squash.
The NZ Summer Spinach is not growing at the same rate as the rest, by a long shot. It’s healthy, just kinda runty. I think perhaps I am doing something wrong with the cultivation; it’s supposedly a vining plant. Anyone here have experience growing this variety?
