Orchids

I have never in my life had a flower that has lived past a few weeks.

I have an orchid on my desk at work, and it’s been alive for quite some time now! Like, 6 months. I have no idea why it likes me.

All the flower dudes have fallen off now, but there’s these little viney things coming up from the bottom. Does that mean that there will be new flowers? It seems to be getting kind of big. Should I put it in a bigger pot? What do I do with the stick that the old flowers were on?

That one flower at the top has since fallen off, but the whole stick used to be alive with flowers
