Over growth of veggies?
I've got a cherry tomatoe plant in my raised bed. I have one pole in the middle for support and kinda made a 'cage' for it by putting up wire mesh on both sides of it to keep it out of the way of other plants. Now I've seen how tomatoes grow up poles and things nicely but this is turning more into a bush as it branches out in all directions and is blocking the sun to my younger tomato plants. I should probably prune it but it's got lots of fruits and I don't know what I can cut off. I probably did this all wrong. What can I do? Also last year I bought a tiny pot of chives. I put them in my raised bed and they've gotten huge but not pink flowers yet. It's gotten so big it's also spreading out and no longer grass like, but more droppy. I did give it a 'shave' once but made it grow even more. Anything I could do about this? How big will it get. Also the leaves are flat. What are the chives that you get in restraunts that are hallow? Are those just onion stalks?
