you can see the main patch where the dead ones were... it was like it just kept spreading. Some others are infected but I left them b/c they are more healthy then not. But the problem is... that empty patch that i had to cut away- is right where the base is!
see...? this is where it is in the ground. arg. i am so afraid!
however- the plant seems to be doing really fantastic otherwise! here is my first and largest pumpkin. It has recently turned this shade of green and i'm worried because it's attached to a stem that I had to cut most of it's flowers off near the base.
this one i didn't even notice until today!! it's also huge!
a baby one...
and see- it's growing out of control, all around my house... daily! it has so many flowers and it continues to flourish! That can't be a bad thing.... so is it dying? is this fungus or whatever is going on going to kill my poor plant? what do i do?
in other garden news- my green peppers...
my red peppers! (sorry i don't know why my camera is out of focus)
this one is so pretty it looks like there are baby flowers in it!
a banana pepper! it was the first of them to grow. I wanted to test it like the red chillies. It was too soon tho- and not hot at all. I cut it up and made an omlette AND used a tiny bit of my red chillie which made it HOT! but i felt so sad eating it... like i cut up my baby and ate it. i miss it.
these below are all from my neighbors lawn! look- it's like zucchini but yellow! squash maybe?
what the hell is this!!
there green peppers look amazing! but they're still in their pots. weird.
