We live in a white house. It is just white as can be, but we don't own it and are not interested in putting a whole lot of money into it, so we are trying to make the outside as colorful as possible. I think I am going to plant some sweet pea in the the side garden which is herb and perennial flowers combined. The sweetpea is annual of course, but we are looking for something to fill the gap until we get enough coverage. We have a ramp and two trelis type supports to the side entrance so I would like to get the sweetpea growing on the ramp baner and get either honeysuckle or passion flowers growing up the trellis. Now I know I can just go around the corner into the woods and get hold of some honeysuckle, but where in Georgia can I get passion flower cuttings or plants? I have read that passion flower seeds are iffy when it comes to germinations and could take forever. Plus, I think I have seen one neighbor with a plant and I feel weird about asking for cuttings. Any other flowering vining perennials anyone can suggest?
