I’m thinking about growing peas next year, and I’m wondering when to put them in. I know they’re a spring crop, so I need to put them in before May, but I don’t want to put them in too early and have them get killed by frost. (I’m in the DC area, zone 6.)
Also, I’ve heard you can plant carrots in the spring as well, to get a crop mid/late-summer. Is that true?
