Plant appearance question: no more food causing plants to turn paler/wilt?

I am having a problem with my plants that I started from seed and are trying to make them ready to go outside for the long haul by slowly introducing them to the sun. Based on their appearances (turning pale green, wilting) are they running out of nutrition/food? I am watering them every other day and they are getting enough light now that I am bringing them outside. Zone 5/6 (tomatoes and bell peppers) Thank you for the help! These are currently in the shade, so any change in color you may see is what I am worried about. CIMG0051 CIMG0053

from what I can see, you have tomatoes and peppers, and what looks like catnip or some kind, which are sun plants, which would explain a certain amount of paling and discolouration. I would also way from the size of the plants that they have probably grown too big for the plugs they are planted in, I would recommend planting them into a larger container, this will also help with the the wilting and discolouration. For a weekly maintenance I recommend a straight across 20-20-20 for balanced nutrition. Be sure the plant is turgid (has water in it) the day before you fertiliaze, as fertilizing dry roots can burn them. Hope some of this helps!
