plant ID halp?

plant ID halp?

hey folks...i'm in need of a little assistance from the ID masters in this community. last year, i bought lupine seeds. my partner insists he bought aster seeds. we replanted the mystery seeds in the back of the house, since we never got flowers from them last year. we figured this year we might get something. well, i have no flowers yet, but i have a mess of REALLY healthy plants right now...so tell me, are these asters, or are they lupines? (click to embiggen) naturally, once they flower i'll be able to confirm, but i'm itching for an answer right now. thanks!! *EDIT* i'm sticking with my original thought - these are lupines. thanks for your input, everyone!
