It’s a house, rather than an apartment, but we’ve been spending a lot of time in the front porch lately. One thing we’ve been trying to do lately is create intimate tasked areas — left to their own devices rooms tend to turn into storage areas, and by defining them as “the breakfast room” or some such, we’re, hopefully, able to divide our time up in the house throught the day rather than simply sitting on the sofa and letting the other rooms pile up with books.
Its a lovely room. It could use a gas fireplace out there though.
