Hello, I’m new here and new to gardening!
I was wondering if anyone could help me? I live in London and the only outside space I have is a terrace. It’s quite big so I am hoping to use pots to plant veggies and flowers in. I have started growing some seedlings which now need transferring to a larger pot. The pots I have are thick plastic faux terracotta ones but they don’t have any drainage holes. Do I need drainage in them? Or does it depend on what I am growing? I was thinking it would be quite easy to drill some small holes in the pots if I needed to. Any advice you could offer would be great!
I’m growing; tomatos, courgettes, chillie peppers, lettuce, brocolli, panseys and I have some bulbs too!
Also, if you have any general tips for a beginner you would like to share I would be very grateful!
