problems with worms?

problems with worms?

well, actually the worms are bloody fine. but some celery that I didn't shred has decided to start growing again in the garage. I've got them in a rubbermaid bin and it's not clear but evidently there's enough light coming in through the garage windows(which aren't particuarly clean) and the green plastic for the celery to grow. So here's my conundrum. Do I just leave it be, keep feeding the worms, and adding bedding? Or do I pull them out as they grow, grind them up and dump them back in? Because from my point of view the celery is probably using some of that wonderful vermicompost nutrients for itself, plus it'll take more water to keep the bedding moist. Any ideas?
