I’ve recently joined a local YMCA here to start swimming and it’s great. However, it’s $33 a month. I’ve seen a few posts around here saying that they’re on a sliding scale and can help with financial assistance. But when I asked about this, they asked if I did my income taxes. I didn’t because well, I haven’t had a job in awhile. How can I prove that I’m making $0 right now? I don’t have pay stubs or any tax forms.
