Pruning and drying herbs
So... My container garden is officially insane. Particularly the catnip. It was a tiny thing when I planted it, and now it's spilling out everywhere. It's as big as my patio tomatoes. XD What's the best way to prune it, so as not to kill it? My kitties love it, and I'd like it to come back the rest of the summer and next year... But there's soooo much of it, it needs a trim. Along with that, what's the best way to dry herbs? The catnip, sure, but I've also got a lot of basil, mint, and chives that could also be trimmed and dried with no harm done.
