Hi everyone. My name is Flo and I am a newbie to gardens. I have no clue where to start. My husband and I purchased a home in Georgia. We have over 5 acres of land, several bunnies, dogs, reptiles & cats.
We have so much land and I really want to make use of it. I would love to plant a vegetable & fruit garden and perhaps a fruit garden. I have no idea where to start!
I do have a few small questions. One is that I want the food to be safe for my animals and for human consumption (obvious) and two is that there are parts of our land that holds water more. Any advice, books, tips or anything of that nature is greatly appreciated.
