What would cause the bottom leaves of my jade/succulent to brown/rot? I know it sounds like a classic case of overwatering but I’ve tried to be stingy with the watering can. It gets part to full sun and I try to water it from the bottom every 1-1/2 weeks or so. Any ideas?
