Not strictly a por skill, but I don't want to waste any of this, because it was free (yay!). My mother-in-law just gave me an 8.5 lb. boneless, center-cut pork loin. What I am supposed to do with eight and a half pounds of pork loin?!? I don't really like pork, so the only thing I know to do with it is hack a piece off to roast with onions and apples, or slice some into porkchops. I'd appreciate any recipes or suggestions of what to do. I want to have some sort of game plan before I unwrap the monster roast.
