Recently in another thread the subject of reflectors was brought up. So as
to stop getting such spindly thin seedinglings I spent 5 minutes this
evening knocking up a basic reflector. Its two small banana boxes from the
local supermarket, with a covering of tin foil. Nothing complex. They are
then placed behind my plants which are infront of the window. I use a
couple of rocks to hold them in place.

Time will tell if my seedlings are abit stronger than last years.
