Okay, so just how important is it to have renter’s insurance? I know everytime I sign a lease they suggest, not require, that I get renter’s insurance.
Never got it, but I decided to look into it today when I was paying my car insurance. The quote I got (I’m with Geico) says that it would be $106 for 12 months of coverage!! Seems really cheap, but if it is $106 I can save by doing without it, that’s good too. And is that a good rate for renter’s insurance?
