To all of you who are into gardening, what advice can you give me for caring for rosebushes? I tried to Google it, but the info I was finding was a little scattered and confusing to me, because I know nothing about roses. When we moved into our house, there were about four rosebushes in the backyard. Only two of those are blooming again (I had no idea what to do with then during the winter, lol) and I pruned them down in the fall. Now they’re getting pretty full again and starting to produce flowers. Should I cut them back at all? Or should I just let them freely grow through the summer? Are there any rules on pruning them that I should know?
