Rose gardening thing
So I'm fairly new to the whole rose gardening thing. I have a rose bush that was originally from my deceased grandmothers garden. I planted it last summer, and surprisingly it bloomed this year!!!! I need help figuring out what kind it is? Its about 18 inches tall or so. But the major thing about this, is the colors! The buds appear dark pink and yellow mixed. It bloomed yesterday with a vibrant yellow with the slightest pink tint to the edge. HOWEVER this morning when I went out to see it, it is a stunning shade of bright pink. But under the petals where the sun did not touch it, it is still yellow!?! My mom suggusted it may of been a mascarade rose. Has anyone ever heard of this happening to a rose bush??? I don't have pics posted right now- sorry- i need to figure out how to get them off of my cell phone!
