My mom bought these roses last year. However we had to plant them in pots since we had limited space in our garden. The pots are plastic by the way. Now they’ve stop blooming. They just grow taller and taller yet no signs of flower buds. I’ve trimmed them once, yet to no avail. What should we do? Do they need to really be directly on the ground? Help..
