Rosemary bush is dying.. help!

Hi. I’m so glad there is a gardening community here on LJ. I want to share with you that my huge, wonderful 4 year old rosemary bush is dying. It’s the first thing I ever planted so of course I’m kinda blue about it. I have never had trouble with it before. It’s always been lush, and has grown huge in recent years.

I live in georgia which I believe is zone 7a? I wonder if it could be all of the rain we’ve had this year, or maybe bugs. I wonder if anyone has had any experience with this? Any advice at all is welcomed and appreciated.
