Is it possible to share mint, as in, a clipping or digging up a section with some root or something? I have a rambunctious mint plant (safely contained in his own very large pot) and I was wondering if I could share it with a coworker.

(In other news, I’m really beginning to think like a garderner, even though we don’t have a single plant in the ground yet, we’re zone 5A and at 6400 feet elevation. It’s been raining steady for two days and grey and overcast and icky…and all I can think is “Great! We need all the water we can get! And we just spread those wildflower seeds, this oughta get them going!” Heh…)
