I’m looking for a place to buy a cheap mattress. I’ve tried several of the go-to places for cheap shopping, such as Ikea/Target/WalMart, but everything seems to hover around the 250-350 mark or have insane shipping prices (Western NY). If anyone knows of anyplace to get a full sized mattress for cheaper than that, please tell me. It doesn’t have to be fancy, just functional. While I can buy pretty much everything I need used via craigslist or e-bay, I’m putting my foot down on buying a pre-owned mattress.
Also, I will (less urgently) be in need of things such as a bed frame, dresser, desk, chair, etc. I’m looking into ebay and craigs, but does anyone know of a cheap furniture company beyond Ikea?
