So I’ve always had to pinchj the wallet but……

The next few months will be worse. I'm an asst. manager at a very popular juniors clothing store but making 8.50 isn't going to cut it. I live at home still, I'm 19, while going to college. I already had to not go this semester because I cannot afford it. But my mother who went from getting 35hrs a week at $18pr/hr is cut to 12 hours for the month of august and none for september. Including me there are 4 children in the house and her husband, who doesn't work and just draws his SSI which is like 450 a month. Either way, I get about 300 at the most per WEEK. She already called and got her credit cards deffered. But there is still food, gas, school traveling and sport traveling, water bill, phone bill, cell bill, cable, and all that. And I'm not a very good money manager, I told her I'd pay her water electric and help with food. My question is what is usually the cheapest grocery store's and what things do I need to look for when it comes to making food last. Note there are two teenage boys and a 9 year old girl.
