SPICY SAUSAGE BALLS —I CALL THEM MY MEDIEVAL SNACKS.

Spicy Sausage Balls Ingredients
1 pound JIMMY DEAN REGULAR Sausage
2 cups Bisquick
4 tablespoon Dried parsley
4 cups Shredded cheddar cheese or Monterrey Jack or mixed(SHARP KRAFT)
1/4 CUP Chopped pickled jalapeno
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/4 CUPS Green onions chopped fine – use tops
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 CUP Water
Instructions for Spicy Sausage Balls
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray two cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Form into 1 inch balls and place them on baking sheets leaving some space between them so you can turn them over. Bake 15 minutes and then turn them over. Bake an additional 15 minutes and transfer to serving dish. If you have leftovers, they are good reheated in the microwave

THEY ALSO CAN BE FROZEN AND MICROWAVED WHEN NEEDED! My office literally begs for me to make them all the time.
