Hi all,
I have the most amazing rosemary plant growing in a pot in my kitchen; I’ve had it for three years now; I replant it about once a year so the roots aren’t crowded and it stays indoors in the winter. It’s a beast and it’s out of control. In a month’s time it’s gone from the first picture to the second picture in size (I’ll put them under a cut) My question is how in the world do I split this plant? I’ve included a picture of the base of the plant as well. I do not want to wreck this plant by splitting it but my God, it’s out of control and my husband has politely requested (he’s a sweetie he he) that I either split it or start cooking with it more (which, honestly, isn’t going to happen. We’re at our threshold for rosemary flavored dishes) Thanks so much for your help!!
